We continue to receive excellent service from Hanson Contracts, who provide a reactive maintenance contract service to the b rigade. Other works outside the terms of the contract are of the standard that we have come to expect from this contractor (again, excellent) and we would have no hesitation in recommending them for work at all levels. This contractor is not afraid to offer alternative solutions, where practical and necessary and where problems are encountered, presents us with possible solutions rather than an attitude of ‘what do you want us to do now?’ These particular works were completed along side other on site contractors with no undue problems or snags on what was a difficult, demanding and time consuming multi-discipline project.

I am writing to comment on how impressed I was with the builders used for our refurbishment. I was expecting a lot of disruption whilst the work was carried and I was very impressed with how my business was unaffected. The builders worked around us and asked for my input at every stage. I found them to be both professional and a pleasure to have in branch as did all the staff.
The finished result looks fantastic and everything was done to a very high standard.
